Fiona Elsey née Plant - Chiropractor
Fiona has been helping people move more freely and feel better in their day-to-day lives since 2004.
She works with a wide range of clients, particularly those dealing with ongoing neck and back pain, headaches, and stiffness that can make it harder to work, exercise, or relax at the end of the day. Having experienced regular headaches herself in the past, Fiona understands how much this can impact daily life and was inspired to help others through chiropractic care.
Fiona’s approach is hands-on and tailored to the individual, combining chiropractic care with movement and exercise advice, and dry needling where appropriate, to support longer-term change. She focuses on helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies—whether that’s sitting at work, recovering from activity, or getting back to things they enjoy.
As a mother of two, Fiona understands how exhausting it can be when your body is sore, stiff, or constantly uncomfortable while you’re still trying to keep up with work, family life, and everything else that needs you. She particularly enjoys supporting women through pregnancy and helping them stay as comfortable and mobile as possible as their body changes over those months.
She has completed further training in sports chiropractic, musculoskeletal acupuncture, and chiropractic care for pregnant women and children.
Fiona founded Riverside Chiropractic, North Ryde in 2010 and is now consulting from Every Body Chiropractic in Riverview.
